Admissions. Waitlists. Lottery placement. And over 35,000 students. With these kinds of logistics, the Oakland Unified School District knew that our EnrollWise™ product would be ideal for streamlining this process.
An important step was defining OUSD’s use cases, priority and eligibility rules, and lottery logic. We standardized the information and built in more transparency — giving families a more honest understanding of their school choice and the likelihood of an offer.
