Family Support NYC
A prototype illustrating the digital future of family services delivery.
NYC Opportunity, in tandem with NYC Children, engaged Blenderbox to create an application prototype that would consolidate and present the vast array of family services available in New York City. Through a human-centered design process, we architected and designed a tool that could capture a family’s input about the support they need, and preferences around the kind of provider they want to work with, location, schedules, and language needs.
