A workflow tool for managing School Improvement Plans (SIPs).

The NYC DOE needed to modernize how they managed School Improvement Plans (SIPs)—known as Comprehensive Educational Plans (CEPs) in New York. We redesigned iPlanPortal to improve usability, governance, and workflow. The updated system streamlines education plan preparation and submission to the New York State Department of Education, and features adaptive templates, permissions, revision history, and assignment tracking to ensure better control and accountability.

Built in Microsoft Azure with React, C#, .NET and SQL Server, the platform includes automated notifications, alerts, and deadline-driven workflows, improving communication and efficiency throughout the process.
