The NYC DOE wanted to modernize how they managed School Improvement Plans (SIP)—known as Comprehensive Educational Plans (CEP) in New York. We audited the process and developed a user-friendly digital platform for them. School administrators can log in, create, edit, review, and ultimately submit collaborative planning documents that contain complex forms and data.
