During this engagement, we spent time interviewing administrators, case workers, and parents to identify their needs, wants, and pain points. Our research findings heavily informed our recommendations for a centralized admissions platform.

A final report detailed this work and included a full transcript and analysis of user research sessions, a comprehensive list of future state functional requirements, and end-to-end workflow diagrams comparing the current state to the proposed future state- highlighting where pain points are alleviated by solutions.

This project is a great example of how a research and consulting engagement can help clients envision what is possible, craft RFP’s and establish realistic budgets for their needs.
